Teams performed demolition of existing asphalt roadway, installation of 10” Portland Cement concrete pavement, and extensive full-depth patching. The project also required a 2” milling and overlay of existing asphalt surface, followed by thermoplastic striping, as well as installation of snow-plowable raised pavement markers and surface- mounted delineators. Virginia Paving also performed surface rideability testing to ensure quality of product.
