Virginia Paving, which is a division of the Lane Construction Corporation, is consistently recognized by Lane, the asphalt paving industry, and statewide construction and environmental groups for its outstanding commitment to safety, the environment and communities. 

Virginia Paving Company’s (VPC) operations continuously receive Diamond Commendations from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA). The Diamond Commendation Program outlines best practices for asphalt plant operations, terminal operations, asphalt production, and paving. For 2015, VPC has received the following Diamond Commendations for its locations:

    • 1 Diamond Achievement Commendation
    • 5 Diamond Achievement Sustainable Commendations
    • 2 Diamond Quality Commendations
    • 1 Diamond Paving Commendation

In April of 2016, The Virginia Paving Company was awarded the Greater than 750,000 Man-Hours Contractor Safety Award Presented by The Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance
